Mission and values
● Our mission is to form a deep sense of belonging to the Jewish community in the community and create space for personal and spiritual growth. Through the study of traditions, exchange of experience and creative activity, we open up new opportunities for the development of everyone.
● We strive to build a network of mutual support, where everyone has a chance to realize their potential, find like-minded people and feel the value of their own contribution.
● BEF “Hasde Esther” is the only charitable organization in the Chernihiv region that comprehensively cares for low-income members of the Jewish community and their families.

● The Hasde Esther Foundation was created and operates with the support of the Joint International Public Organization (JDC) https://www.jdc.org/
● The Joint and the Claims Conference Commission are two structures that are official sponsors and main financial donors of the Hasde Esther Foundation.
● The Foundation cooperates with many state and non-state organizations, has partnerships with local and foreign foundations and NGOs.
● Our activities are aimed at improving the quality of life of people in need, strengthening the community and preserving the Jewish heritage.
